Known for its customer-centric approach and operational excellence, the business continues to invest in its supply chain capabilities to support growth, scalability, and resilience.As part of this journey, they are seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping "what good looks like" for the organisation.
Your new role
As the Supply Chain Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to embed best‑in‑class processes, improve visibility, and optimise performance as the business scales.
You will lead key transformation programmes, from process redesign to capability uplift, and support the implementation of standardised best practices, governance, and performance frameworks. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and will evolve as the organisation grows, offering clear scope to influence how the supply chain operates in the long term.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong experience (6-10 years) in supply chain transformation within FMCG or consumer‑driven environments
- A proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across end‑to‑end supply chains
- Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, operating models, and performance metrics
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at both regional and global levels
- The ability to balance strategic vision with practical, on‑the‑ground delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
Experience with S&OP / IBP, digital supply chain initiatives, or continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) will be highly advantageous.
