Regional Sales Manager (experience with temperature control and maintenance)

Our international client is a global leader in low-voltage technologies, offering solutions in surge protection, insulation, and intelligent control systems. The company also provides advanced solutions in climate control, liquid cooling, power distribution, connectivity, and switchgear.

They are currently looking to appoint a results-oriented professional to lead their regional team and drive business growth.

The Role
  • Full responsibility for the revenue growth of product & project; project sales and service selling to the target market and raising the marketing share in SEA Region and beyond.
  • Lead the team to meet financial commitment, including working capital and productivity.
  • Establish short/long-term sales strategies, deploy the sales plans and execute plan.
  • Manage and develop the assigned organization, including people development to meet the business requirements of regional strategy.
  • Set up and control the business process for managing the team efficiently and effectively base on compliance and business ethics.
  • Lead, direct and control all business activities for achieving the regional price realization, profit and productivity with short-term and long-term financial and operating objectives.
  • Represent the Business Unit as appropriate in its relations with major customers, vendors, distributors, governmental agencies, etc.
  • Participate in key decision-making process as a member of Asia Pacific region management team.
  • Generally and systematically operate the office with office administration, human resource management and F&A monitoring.

The Person

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Hands-on leadership with proven business management skills.
  • Proven track record and established experience managing this region wide sales of products and/or services (low voltage products OR climate control, liquid cooling related etc) in the Data Center, commercial construction and Chemical industry markets.
  • Ability to manage forecasts and budgets with tight control procedures.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to proactively build professional relationships internally and externally, a team builder.
  • Ability to make good and timely decisions and take the actions required to achieve desired results.
  • 10+ years of dynamic and energetic leadership of general management role, especially in Sales & services;
  • Marketing University degree or above.
  • Preferred: Service ; Solution selling experience.
