Warehouse Assistant

Position Summary

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for supporting various warehouse functions, including receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise. The Warehouse Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly.
• Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Possess Forklift license.
• Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night Shift).
