Warehouse Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our beauty distribution operations. You will be handling skincare, makeup, fragrance and FMCG, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.

• Receive, check and store incoming beauty products
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for retail stores, e-commerce and events
• Ensure proper handling of fragile items (e.g. glass bottles, cosmetics)
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory updates
• Monitor product conditions and report any damages or discrepancies
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety standards
• Assist in stock takes and inventory audits
• Support loading and unloading of goods

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Responsible, detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with small, fragile and high-value items
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

• Basic salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 (commensurate with experience)
