Event Sales Coordinator - Tampines
Job Scope & Responsibilities
An Event Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in driving revenue for events (conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events) by managing leads, client communications, and sales logistics.
Key Duties:
Sales Support & Lead Management
Handle inbound inquiries (emails, calls) from sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
Qualify leads and pass them to sales executives.
Maintain CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) with updated client records.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Follow up with clients for payments and contract confirmations.
Assist in resolving client issues before/during/after events.
Event Logistics & Operations Support
Coordinate booth/sponsorship allocations with the operations team.
Ensure exhibitor/sponsor deliverables (logos, branding, tickets) are processed.
Assist in on-site event coordination if required.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Track sales metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
Generate reports for management on sales performance.
Process payments and manage invoicing.
Marketing & Promotions Assistance
Work with marketing to distribute promotional materials.
Support email campaigns and social media outreach for sales.
Requirements & Minimum Experience
Education & Skills
Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Entry-level: 0–2 years in sales support, customer service, or event coordination.Mid-level: 2+ years in event sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B sales coordination.
Technical Skills:
CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Eventbrite).
Soft Skills
