About the Role
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager. In this role, you will lead and motivate the sales team while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, guide, and motivate retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a memorable shopping experience
- Support the team in closing sales and improving selling techniques
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries and escalations professionally
- Maintain store visual merchandising according to brand standards
- Ensure store cleanliness and smooth daily retail operations
- Keep up to date with fashion trends and product knowledge
- Follow operational procedures in both the store and stockroom
- Prior experience in retail / fashion retail supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and retail operations
- Positive attitude with hands-on mentality
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
