Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Process Transformation and Improvement

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive will be managing transformational improvement projects that align to the hospital’s strategies through analytics and streamlining of work processes. The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive will be collaborating with stakeholders to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives through excellent project management and the use of suitable methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and PDSA.
The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive will be supporting the hospital’s quality improvement programme that includes training, governance of quality improvement projects, secretariat work, publicity efforts and events.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering / Operations Research / Healthcare related studies
- Preferably with minimum 2 years of related experience particularly in healthcare
- Analytical and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
