Sales Operations & Knowledge Management Intern

Trinax is looking for a Sales Operations & Knowledge Management Intern to support the scaling and structuring of our Business Development and Sales Department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems thinking, organisation, business operations, AI tools, and process improvement. You will help build internal systems and knowledge assets that improve proposal efficiency, sales workflows, onboarding, and long-term scalability of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain internal knowledge bases including:
  • Company profiles and CVs
  • Project track records and case studies
  • Certifications and credentials
  • Proposal references and reusable content assets
  • Organise and structure sales materials into a searchable and scalable repository
  • Assist in improving opportunity tracking and sales workflow processes
  • Support documentation and coordination of internal sales resources
  • Work with the sales team to improve proposal preparation efficiency and accessibility of information
  • Explore practical ways to improve workflow, organisation, and knowledge management using digital and AI tools
  • Support the preparation of onboarding resources for future sales team members

Preferred Qualities:

  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong documentation and structuring skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and digital tools
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to learn
