Senior Manager - Hays
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-impact use cases and prioritise AI initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with senior leadership to evangelise GenAI opportunities and foster a culture of innovation.
Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI projects from ideation to deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and risk management protocols for GenAI initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and external collaborations.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and IT teams to ensure scalable and secure GenAI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, multimodal AI, and foundation models.
- Guide the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
Change Management & Enablement:
- Drive organisational readiness through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop playbooks, toolkits, and best practices to accelerate GenAI adoption across departments.
- Measure and communicate the impact of GenAI initiatives to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or innovation leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI or automation programs.
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/ML toolkits (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
- Thought leadership in AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
