About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring needs on a 6-month contract. You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across various functions, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure the right talent.If you're organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across multiple business units
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective strategies
- Proactively source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer processes
- Track and report recruitment metrics accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree holder with experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or RPO preferred)
- Proven success in volume hiring or recruitment in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure
- Familiar with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
