Job Details:

  • Salary:
  • Diploma: $2,580 per month
  • Degree: $3,160 per month
  • Nearest MRT Station:
Caldecott MRT Station
  • Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative and Corporate Functions:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding arrangements for staff (e.g., corporate transport cards, Bizvoice, corporate phones, email groups).
  • Liaise with vendors and assist in verifying administrative-related invoices (e.g., printers, postage/courier charges, corporate transport trips).
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Manage mail-related tasks (e.g., postage, courier services).
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, source meeting venues, and send out invitations.
  • Contribute to various projects aimed at streamlining administrative processes.

Managing Resources:

  • Oversee and maintain office supplies, logistics, and equipment for RPG.
  • Manage and track fixed assets and inventory.

Ad Hoc Assignments:

  • Provide support for additional assignments as directed by the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Resourceful, with a proactive attitude and strong initiative.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
