Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details
  • Strong inclination to achieve customer happiness through delivering excellent service, and enjoys interacting with multiple partners to derive solutions for customer issues
