Project Coordinator (Contract | East | Up to $3000)

The Opportunity:

1. Renewable Contract Role| East
2. 5 days work week (M-F 9am to 6pm)
3. Basic up to $3000

Our client is one of the leading provider for financial compliance in Singapore working with various institutions. You will be part of the project team assisting with coordination and managing of backend process.

The Job:

• Develop and manage migration plans, timelines, and checklists across all phases.
• Coordinate pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, allocate, and track migration engineers based on volume, complexity, and wave schedules.
• Maintain migration trackers, real-time dashboards, calendars, and workload reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineers and business users during migrations.
• Ensure accurate documentation, status reporting and user feedback tracking

The Talent:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination within migration or IT projects
