Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – 3,300 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our project team in coordinating site works, liaising with main contractors, consultants and suppliers, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and site progress
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams
• Prepare and track project documentation, submissions, drawings and schedules
• Assist in site inspections, meetings and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Work Eligibility Requirement:
