Project Coordinator (IT Sector)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to assist in managing IT projects and supporting financial processes such as invoice handling. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in project management within the technology sector.

• Support IT project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and update status reports.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Assist in ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Invoice & Financial Support
• Assist in preparing and processing project-related invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budgets.
• Coordinate with finance teams for payment tracking and vendor queries.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change requests, and deliverables.
• Generate basic project and financial reports for internal review.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a liaison between internal IT teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or internship experience in IT projects.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing project management certifications (e.g., CAPM).
