Manager, Digital Marketing - Toa Payoh

Position Summary

As the Manager, Digital Marketing , you will drive subscriber acquisition and engagement through various digital platforms. You will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives—including campaign planning, content strategy, performance analysis, and budget optimization—to grow and engage the subscriber base effectively.

• Campaign Management – Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Content Creation – Craft compelling content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital touchpoints.
• SEO/SEM – Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to boost visibility and targeted traffic to the website and app.
• Social Media Management – Manage company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Engage with audiences, monitor trends, and manage community interactions such as comments.
• Analysis & Reporting – Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Budget Management – Ensure all campaigns are delivered within budget and optimize spending based on performance.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the local telecommunications landscape.
• Proven experience managing digital and social media strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
