Process and post vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner into the accounting system

Provide support in CTM (Cash To Master) functions, including transaction posting and documentation
Perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation with vendors to ensure payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Post payments into the system and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment-related queries
Assist in monthly closing activities related to accounts payable
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
