Process and post vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner into the accounting system
- Provide support in CTM (Cash To Master) functions, including transaction posting and documentation
- Perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation with vendors to ensure payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Post payments into the system and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment-related queries
- Assist in monthly closing activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
