Warehouse Supervisor cum Customer Service

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor cum Customer Service to oversee daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely responses to customer queries.

This role requires close coordination with packing staff to ensure orders are packed accurately, delivered on time, and meet quality standards, while also managing customer communications related to orders, deliveries, and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure packing accuracy, packing quality, and correct labelling
• Coordinate and schedule stock deliveries and courier collections
• Monitor stock levels and support stock control and replenishment
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices
• Train and guide packing staff on SOPs and quality standards

• Handle customer enquiries related to orders, delivery status, and stock availability
• Respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up on delivery issues, missing items, or packing discrepancies
• Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain clear records of customer communications and resolution

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Able to manage and guide packing staff
• Comfortable handling customer communications (online / WhatsApp / email)
• Basic inventory and stock management knowledge
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organised, and hands-on

• Working Location: Warehouse / Operations Site
• Working Hours: 5-day work week
