Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

Support the Schools and Departments (S&Ds) in the asset verification exercise, including assessing the usability of aged assets and ensure that the overall progress remains on schedule.
Ensure proper safekeeping and upkeep of loan records related to RFID scanning equipment used for asset verification.
Generate system reports and upload them to Microsoft Power BI to provide weekly updates on the asset verification progress.
Ensure the asset tags are printed and handed over to S&Ds and assist with tagging of assets where required.
Handle queries from users in a timely manner, including troubleshooting issues encountered while using the RFID scanning equipment or app issues.
Other ad-hoc duties / administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
