Description

Lead and manage the quality assurance team within the technology department.
Develop and implement robust testing strategies and processes.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and solutions.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance QA processes.

Profile

A successful QA Automation Lead should have:

A solid background in quality assurance or software testing within the financial services sector
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework
Experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
