About the Role
The Business Development Manager and play a vital role in shaping and expanding our service offerings. You will be a key part of our management team, leading a dynamic workforce to execute sector development strategies and grow client relationships at every stage.

Key Responsibilities- Analyze market opportunities and build strong business cases for new service lines
- Develop and strengthen competencies for approved service lines
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand business reach
- Lead sector development efforts to meet ambitious business goals approved by the CEO
- Monitor and report on sales, delivery, and client engagement performance regularly
- Adapt business development and sales strategies dynamically to meet targets
- Focus on engaging key accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Manage cold and warm leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful business fulfillment
Partner Management:
- Qualify and onboard partners following CEO-approved plans
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers on short to long-term goals
- Oversee internal training and certifications related to key partner accounts
- Manage partner portals and prepare monthly activity reports for executive review
Client and Event Management:
- Apply proven business development methodologies to manage accounts and clients effectively
- Identify, propose, and execute client engagement and training initiatives
- Co-organize client events with the Marketing & Communications team
- Measure and report on client engagement success and conduct satisfaction surveys
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, including presentations
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sensitivity and analytical mindset
- People-focused with a customer-first attitude
- Degree in Informatics, Engineering, or related fields (career switchers welcome)
- Experienced software sales/business development professional with solid knowledge of software ecosystems, sales processes, and licensing
- Proven ability to lead and manage service line development and delivery
- Skilled in applying business development methodologies to create real value for both company and clients
- Proactive, competitive, and motivated to drive business growth and client success
