Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities. The role involves coordinating delivery agents, managing inbound and outbound items, maintaining accurate records, and responding to communications in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery agents and rider assignments based on preferred locations
Manage inbound items and prepare outbound items for delivery
Pack and sort items according to assigned delivery agents
Update and maintain accurate records in Excel / Google Sheets
Respond promptly and professionally to messages via the company system
Support daily reconciliation and preparation for next-day assignments

Requirements

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable and punctual
