Business Development Manager

Assist the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies and expansion plans.
- Participate in planning sales and marketing initiatives to target new clients or markets.
- Help prepare and track business development KPIs and reports.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold outreach, online research, and inbound inquiries.
- Support initial client outreach and follow-up to build interest and trust.
- Assist in managing existing client relationships and maintaining regular communication.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups as directed by the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and pricing documentation.
- Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted and submitted on time.
- Identify trends and provide insights on emerging opportunities or risks.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure aligned messaging and support for business development activities.
- Maintain professional networks to support long-term business opportunities.
- Support budgeting and administrative tasks related to the business development function.
