Job Description
This opportunity is for a dynamic and results-driven Student Admissions & Sales Executive / Senior Executive. This role reports into the Admissions & Sales Manager, and is pivotal in connecting with prospective parents through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, guiding them from initial enquiry to school tours and final enrolment.This role will play a vital role in shaping first impressions and converting interest into action. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Engagement- Communicate promptly and professionally with prospective parents across WhatsApp, phone, and email channels.
- Build meaningful relationships through personalised, responsive, and informative communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all new inquiries and leads.
- Ensure close follow-up of all inquiries and leads throughout the conversion process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families through personalised follow-up and nurturing strategies.
- Provide information and reassurance to help parents progress smoothly through the admissions funnel.
- Schedule and coordinate school tours.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with families before and/or after school tours.
- Address questions, overcome concerns, and support them in completing the enrolment process.
- Meet performance benchmarks for new leads to completed school tour conversion and/or school tour to enrolment conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the admissions CRM or database.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on conversion progress and parent feedback.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Share insights gained from parent interactions to help improve the admissions journey.
- Diploma in any field or above.
- 2–6 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role, ideally in the education or service sector.
- Experience handling high volumes of communication across digital and phone channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/conversion targets.
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, warm, and engaging presentation style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, to accommodate prospective family schedules.
