Job Description :-
  • Answer enquiries to customers who call or text.
  • Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data.
  • Maintain good and traceable documentations.
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirement :-
  • Minimum one year of sales support or admin experience.
  • Skilled in basic office skills (excel,word).
  • Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
  • 5.5 work week
  • Location : Yishun
