Project Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project planning tasks such as arranging meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Handle procurement-related admin tasks (PO issuance, delivery tracking, invoice verification).
  • Assist with site-related admin matters such as passes, logistics arrangements, and submission of forms.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support project operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in administration or project coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiar with documentation and procedures related to LTA projects is an advantage.
  • Able to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Sales Support Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
