Finance Operations Specialist (Night Shift)

Coinhako is a market-leading platform for access to digital assets like Bitcoin from Singapore.

Through the launch of our innovative suite of products and services, Coinhako aims to empower individuals and businesses by allowing them to take ownership and control of how they build and manage their assets in the new digital finance world.

This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
• Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
• Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
• Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain
• 3+ Years of experience in a finance operation capacity with good track record
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools
• Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits
• Experience in finance or banking industry will be preferred
