Facilities Technician

Morning: 7am/7.30am to 4pm/4.30pm
Afternoon: 2pm to 11pm
Night: 1.30pm to 7.30am
Location: Central (Near to MRT)

Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000

Responsibilities:

Provide preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing and sanitary services.
Handle daily customer inquiries, address needs, and resolve complaints.
Conduct air conditioning servicing and maintenance.
Maintain and service ACMV systems and chillers.
Oversee electrical control systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Requirements:

Willing to learn
Training is Provided
Able to commit shift hours
Hands-on maintenance skill
ACMV / BMS system / Electrical / Fire Protection System
