Facilities Technician - Bedok - ref. d8771823

Job Summary: responsible for maintaining and repairing a facility's systems and equipment, ensuring safety and optimal functionality. This role involves conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and overseeing contractors, while also adhering to safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance and general equipment upkeep.
2. Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with contractors and vendors. Identify and resolve maintenance issues, troubleshooting issues, troubleshooting malfunctions and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
3. Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and safety guidelines.
4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the outlets and its surroundings meet safety codes and standards, addressing potential hazards and implementing safety protocols.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on facilitiy operations, maintenance activities and issues encountered to Management.
