About the Role:Join our team as an On-Site Service Technician, where you'll provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for our client's LED screen systems at various venues in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and repairing LED screen systems.
- Coordinate with the service department for product returns and exchanges.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of exhibits and rack room areas.
- Replace video projector lamps and manage their proper disposal or recycling.
- Maintain inventory of spare LED screen equipment and consumables, notifying clients when reordering is necessary.
- Assist in training client staff and new personnel on system operations.
- Provide remote technical support and guidance to customers.
- Ensure timely submission of service documentation, including reports and timesheets.
- Undertake additional tasks related to LED screen systems as directed by the client.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the LED screen systems.
Requirements:
- Preferably, have understanding of LED screen systems with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional image.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret site drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using multimeters and related test equipment.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and scheduling programs.
- Experience with high and low-voltage electrical systems, including wiring and soldering.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or mechanical lifts.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; an associate degree or equivalent technical training is preferred.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional travel as required.(jobsDB - more jobs in real time)
