Bukit Batok - Service Technician 12 months contract renewable

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure they function efficiently and effectively.

Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide technical support to INST Customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installs and tests equipments/systems to make sure they work correctly
• Respond to service requests and repair jobs
• Teaches customer how to use Ecolab equipments
• Escalates issues to manager promptly
• Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment
• Write service report after every service work
• Collaborates with managers and other service technicians
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Commute safely from job to job by avoiding distractions, adhering to speed limits, and driving responsibly.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Class 3 Driving License
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong hands-on technical skill
