Temporary Staff, ILT (6 Months Contract)

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Work location: 31 North Buona Vista Road (Nearest MRT Buona Vista)
• Employment type: 6 months contract

Key Responsibility:

• Manage LEARN subscription processes, including account administration and billing-related matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of subscription records and billing information.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and operational purposes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for business development initiatives.
• Create and manage Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) to support content curation, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Assist in coordinating content-related activities and event administration.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level qualification or Polytechnic Diploma.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and key formulas.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA and automation techniques will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for presentation and content creation.
• Comfortable learning and working with various digital platforms and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to understand enquiries, analyse requirements, and provide accurate information.
• Resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions and driving process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Well-organised in maintaining and categorising information and documentation.
• Meticulous in data entry and handling numerical data with a high degree of accuracy.
