The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.
Role Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: Central Region
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS (1.5 months) + Performance Bonus
The Job:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse on delivery schedules and dispatch
- Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable processes
- Maintain records, documentation, and general office administration
- Assist with preparation of business correspondence and agreements
The Talent:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
