We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold the premium standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service in a premium clinic environment
- Conduct teleconsultations with prospective clients and follow-up calls after treatments
- Manage reception duties: client check-in/out, appointment scheduling, payments, and daily operations
- Respond promptly to enquiries from social media platforms, Google reviews, and website channels
- Support sales conversion through professional telesales and relationship-building
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised clinic reception area
- Work closely with doctors and aesthetic therapists to ensure smooth client journeys
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 3 years of customer service / telesales experience
- Prior experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty, skincare, wellness, or medical environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling high-end clientele
- Sales-oriented mindset with service excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work retail hours including Saturdays
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
Working Hours- Monday – Friday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
- Tuesday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
