Supply Chain & E-Commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, warehouse operations, and e-commerce fulfilment. The Executive will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory integrity, while supporting both system-driven processes and hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Operations Director and Manager, the role requires a balance of analytical thinking, process discipline, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Execution & Workflow Optimisation

• Manage and streamline end-to-end workflow within the e-commerce warehouse
• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives

1. Order Management & Fulfilment

• Process and manage daily e-commerce orders across multiple platforms
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in fulfilment
• Coordinate with warehouse team on picking, packing, and dispatch
• Support packing of small parcels during peak periods

1. Inventory Control & Audit

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Conduct internal audits and resolve discrepancies
• Support inventory valuation and cost tracking

1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Generate operational and sales reports
• Track discount claims and liaise with principals/suppliers
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis

1. Procurement & Coordination

• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers

1. Financial & Administrative Support

• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, e-commerce, or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable with both system-based and hands-on operational tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Language Requirements
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Chinese is an added advantage
