Sales / Customer Operations Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Role Overview

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector, is seeking a Sales / Customer Operations Executive to support customer service, billing, and operational processes. This role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to enquiries from shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate replies
• Perform quality assurance checks on outsourced (BPO) operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Provide operational support and coverage for customer service activities, including after-hours support when required

• Support finance-related processes, including preparation of billing data and invoice generation for corporate clients
• Verify and process invoices from external parties (e.g. landlords) and coordinate with finance for timely payment
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports for corporate clients and stakeholders
• Handle billing-related enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure on-time payments
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support Sales and Customer Operations teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Flexible and willing to support operational needs outside of regular working hours when required
