As a Husbandry Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with dynamic teams like Port Operations, the Commercial team, and Ships Agency Credit Management to keep the wheels of global trade turning.
This position reports to the Ships Agency Husbandry Centre Team Lead. The position works closely with Port Operations, the Commercial team, and Ships Agency Credit management functions.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with Account Sales to ensure top-tier service for husbandry port calls.
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage vessel appointments without delays and allocate them for flawless execution.
- Ensure advance funding is processed correctly and pre-funding is received or deviations are approved.
- Monitor port calls, adapt to changes, and maintain compliance with Ships Agency SOPs.
- Track and record port call expenses to ensure transparency.
- Oversee global port calls, collaborating with Operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Guarantee seamless transactions for Cash-in-Transit operations.
- Suggest process enhancements for efficiency, productivity, or cost-effectiveness.
- Address complaints/non-compliance and champion continuous improvement processes.
- Attend business reviews and liaise with stakeholders to build lasting partnerships.
