1 Year Contract Bank Digital Ambassador

CausewayPoint (Near to Woodlands MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Saturday: 10am to 7pm (1 rest day per week per week, only on weekday)

Objective – To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking

Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over Self Service Terminals / Internet Banking
Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
Attend to corporate account customer to fill up form if online application rejected.
Assist customer to submit e-financing.
Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required

Requirements:

Comfortable to be standing the whole day
At least a Diploma holder
At least 1 - 2 years of front line customer service experience (Eg. F&B / Retail / Surveyor / Customer Service / Others)
Able to commit at least 1 year duration
