We are hiring a Finance Operations Executive to support post-trade processing and operational activities for derivative products in a fast-paced financial environment.

Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance
Working Hours: Rotating shifts (Monday–Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle clearing cycles, post-trade processing, and collateral management
Monitor exchange and clearing activities, ensuring smooth operations
Identify and escalate operational issues in a timely manner
Perform daily system checks, maintenance, and configuration tasks
Prepare market and statistical reports for internal use

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Finance or related discipline
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Basic understanding of financial products (futures, options, swaps, forwards) is an advantage
Willing to work rotating shifts and public holidays
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Allowances & Benefits

Morning Shift (6:00am – 3:00pm): $20/day
Afternoon Shift (1:00pm – 10:00pm): $40/day
Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am): $70/day
Daily taxi reimbursement (1 trip per shift)
