Lounge Operations Assistant - Up to $2255 p.m.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Lounge Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our premium lounge environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen and service support operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and supporting front-line teams in delivering a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests.

• Prepare and heat food items (e.g. hot meals, snacks) using kitchen equipment such as microwave ovens and air fryers
• Assist with food plating, portioning, and replenishment of buffet items
• Prepare and serve beverages, and support bar and buffet line operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across kitchen, bar, and service areas
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labelling in line with food safety standards (e.g. FIFO practices)
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment and stock counts
• Operate dishwashing equipment and manage cleaning of kitchenware and utensils
• Support overall lounge operations to ensure readiness during peak periods

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Prior experience in kitchen / F&B operations preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive working attitude
• Able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays
