Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
No selling of products, No cold call
Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints
Provide information to customers and service providers
Verify data and entry into the system

Requirements:

Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
Knowledge of Customer service principles
Knowledge of Singapore roads
Good data entry and typing skills
Good communication skills
