IT Executive - Bukit Batok

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and assisting with new system deployments.

• Monitor infrastructure health: Regularly check the status and performance of servers, network devices, storage systems using monitoring tools.
• Monitoring and maintaining the Retail POS (PDA) application to ensure it always remains operational and accessible.
• Ensuring the CP-Meiji Web Portal is consistently up and running to support daily order processing without disruption.
• Overseeing the performance and stability of the IM Mobile Warehouse application, ensuring all functions work properly and are free from bugs.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues, such as server downtime, network outages, or connectivity problems.
• Perform system maintenance: Apply patches, updates, and security fixes to servers, network devices, and applications.
• Backup and recovery: Ensure backups are running as scheduled, verify backup integrity, and assist in restoring data when needed.
• Deploy new hardware and software: Install, configure, and test new infrastructure components, such as servers, switches, routers, or storage devices.
• Document configurations and procedures: Maintain up-to-date documentation for network diagrams, server configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with IT-Indonesia DCO and development teams to implement infrastructure changes or support ongoing projects.
• Plan for capacity and upgrades: Analyze current infrastructure capacity and recommend upgrades or scaling strategies.
• Ensure compliance: Follow security policies, regulatory requirements, and IT best practices in all tasks.
• Vendor coordination: Liaise with hardware and software vendors for procurement, support, and warranty claims.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ensuring
• Maintain and support physical and virtual servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and data center environments.
• SAP Frontend Support, knowledgeable with SD Admin and MM List ERP system
• Configure and manage core network services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls including firewalls, endpoint protection, patch management, and access control.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning to ensure uptime and business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues affecting performance or availability.
• Ensuring CCTV systems are consistently up and running
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring proactive scalability and availability.
• Manage backup and recovery solutions, including regular testing and documentation.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and support procedures.
• Flexible to support Penjuru site Chiatai and Linhup Servers

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, project coordination ability, and communication skills.
