Admin Support (Training Provided | Paperwork) - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Administration
  • Review and extract key requirements from tender documents for dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM), completion of tender-related forms, and compilation of full tender submission packages.
  • Track tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
Contract Management
  • Draft and prepare maintenance contracts in line with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Maintain an organized record of contracts and monitor for renewals or necessary updates.
Leads Administration
  • Conduct lead sourcing across various portals and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Log all incoming leads accurately and ensure prompt assignment to the respective team members.
General Sales Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and systematic documentation of sales and tender activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the end-to-end sales process.
  • Guide the Sales Team on proper file management, documentation standards, and effective use of sales toolkits.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in business administration or any relevant education
  • At least 1 years of relevant admin experience
