About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations & Accounts Executive to support our CEO and help build the foundation of our operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across operations, finance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Executive Support- Support the CEO with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and strategic initiatives
- Help establish and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
- Processing of Payroll
- Process accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, follow-ups)
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Manage supplier invoices, employee claims, and procurement-to-pay processes
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
- Support reporting and statutory compliance requirements
- Process customer orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately
- Manage CRM systems, sales data, and reporting
- Coordinate order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners (including customs clearance where required)
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk)
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction
- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
- Assist with work pass applications and compliance requirements
- Maintain office operations including supplies, equipment, and documentation
- Manage records, filing systems, and ERP master data
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar accounts and/or operations role (startup experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to work independently
- Experience in the Telematics industry is an advantage
