• Inventory Control: Tracking inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and conducting regular physical stock counts.
• Receiving & Dispatching: Unloading incoming shipments, checking against purchase orders, and packing/labeling outgoing goods.
• Stock Organization: Organizing the storage layout, optimizing space, and applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to prevent inventory spoilage or obsolescence.
• Documentation & Reporting: Recording all transactions (deliveries, returns, adjustments) in software systems and maintaining records.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and adhering to safety standards (e.g., OSHA, occupational safety procedures).

• Certification: Valid forklift license or experience with warehouse machinery is often required.

• Minimum 4 years of related experiences
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills
• Must be able to carry out heavy duties and replace drivers when they are on leave or absent.
