Warehouse Assistant (Air-Conditioned Warehouse)

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, and inventory in the system
Process customer orders and prepare invoices and delivery orders
Coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements
Perform stock take and ensure proper inventory control
Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery
Load and unload goods and ensure proper storage in the warehouse
Check items for correct quantity and quality before delivery
Deliver goods to customers when required
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
Compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist with documentation and other warehouse operational tasks

Requirements

Minimum N-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge is required)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible team player with a positive attitude
On-the-job training provided
