Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while supporting global sales initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas to expand revenue streams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor orders, track payments, and support budgeting activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
- Support pricing activities, quotation preparation, and contract-related discussions.
- Collaborate closely with production, planning, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Work alongside regional and global sales teams to align business strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Generate reports, analyse sales performance, and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Support management with special projects and strategic initiatives when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
