Salary: Up to $3500 Basic Salary (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)
Bonus: 1 Month Performance Bonus
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract, Renewable

Work Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Provided end-user desktop support and troubleshooting services
  • Managed incoming support requests, prioritized and documented issues, and resolved incidents or escalated them as needed to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
  • Conducted system imaging and re-imaging of workstations
  • Maintained accurate records of IT assets and inventory
  • Coordinated technical escalations with third-party vendors or specialized support teams when required
  • Updated and maintained incident and support logs

Requirements:

  • Minimally Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
  • Preferably with at least 1 years of relevant Desktop Support experience
