IT Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite Support | Up to S$3,800) #0027

Contract: 1-Year Renewable

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users across hardware, software, and network systems. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and resolving technical issues within SLA timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop support / IT support services for end users (hardware, software, peripherals)
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems, and network connectivity
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow / Jira ticketing systems, ensuring SLA compliance
• Perform desktop/laptop setup, installation, configuration, and deployment
• Handle Active Directory user administration, including password resets and access management
• Support software installation, patching, updates, and basic system maintenance
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation
• Escalate complex issues to L2 / infrastructure / network teams when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems is a plus
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical end users
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
