Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the principal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of executive, administrative, and personal tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel and Itinerary Support
- Public Relations and Image Support
- Administrative Tasks
- General Affairs
Manage the household environment, organize inventory, arrange meals and refreshments, and oversee wardrobe management. E.g.: Design and arrange decorative elements, such as artwork or photographs, in the master bedroom to elevate its visual appeal and overall ambiance
- Procurement
- Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
Any additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated from time to time.
Rotational Schedule:
- 8-hour rotating shift system, 5 working days per week (1 day off on a weekday and 1 day off on the weekend.
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Additional Notes:
- Overseas travel required during school holidays.
- Lunch / Dinner will be provided.
- Flexibility required to cover for colleague’s leave or medical absence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or event planning is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel booking systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site support when required.
